When I went to sleep last night my HR was 42 - unusually slow. When I woke up it was back up to 51 and feeling more normal. After eating a light breakfast, I began to have stomach cramps. I went over to swim and it became worse. I swam about 2500 Y, very slowly, before I had to leave the pool. I was there about 1 hour. I went home and slept another hour.
Later in the day (4:00) I ran for 1:20 min on the beach in Del Mar. HR average was 151, it was very hard to keep it under 155 at times. Looking forward to some rest tomorrow.
