New Workout Week

Well, the beginning of a new workout week. I planned too much real work for today (like 12 hours) that only spared time for a single hour ride that I did at Tempo speed. I did the santa luz loop. As you can read in the workout plan for the week, I was supposed to do a 3 hour recovery rate ride, not a one hour tempo ride.

Here's the ride breakdown: stop sign at fairbanks 22:19 HR 142, stoplight at Carmel valley road 41:21 HR154, home 1:04:11 HR 148.

I calculated my HR targets using the (MHR-RHR)* % effort +RHR method. My range is:
