Wednesday - master's swim 7:30 am

I knew I was early when I arrived and the pool was empty. I did the following: 500 warm up, 3 x 300 pull/paddles. then I tried to keep up with the masters group doing: 100 back (goal 1:40, I did like 2:10), 100 breast, 100 free, 100 IM. I think I did more like 100 back, 100 breast, 100 free (I forgot to do the fly set ;). did that three times. The the group did 500, 400, 300, 200, 100 free. I think I did 400, 300, 200. Total yards: 3200
