April 5th - running. I did the presecribed tempo - it was felt too easy. I had to slow down on the tempo part and it really felt slow during the recovery 2 min jog. Easy workout
AM - Swim. I did a 600Y warm up then 8 x 300 at 75% effort for a total of 3000 Y.
PM - run. I'm using the timex gps bodylink system. It's how I'm measuring the speed I'm going (see above tempo run...I used it there to keep the speed more or less precise). Kept the average speed at 10:30 for recovery and my average HR was 140.
