just did the bike intervals - 5 x (3 min race pace followed by 2 min BIG gear followed by 5 min easy spinning). I must be tired from the last couple of days, this was hard. in the beginning I felt weak and actually felt a bit better towards the middle. by the 5th/last interval I had a hard time getting up to 20 mph for the first few minutes. I rode home up the little santaluz hill.
