easy 2500 Y swim
Had time for a quick 2500Y swim: 500Y warm up, then 6 x 300 alternate pull/paddles and swim and a 200 cool down. really concentrated on pulling through, particularly with the paddles. every swim session now has "a ha" moments in the swim after about 2000Y.
