Plan: 2 hour easy/flat bike followed by 6 mile run
actual: BIKE 1:53 min ride up to la costa ave and back. Cool and easy. Felt tired in the morning. I rode up in 59 min and back in 54. HR up was 127 HR back was 139. RUN 50 min run around 6 miles to end of dirt and back. HR 150
