Tuesday - swim and run
am: 1500Y - I did 3 x 500, easy, the second 500 was pull/paddle
pm: did a run in the afternoon at work. I did not have the GPS, but
I ran about 7.6 miles
. It was after lunch and I felt slow/fat and heavy/tired.
