sore...sore...sore. that's what my left leg remains. so depressing. fat and slow.
I just finished my sunday run. Was supposed to be 15 miles but i only made it 6 miles. Was really sore the whole time. I even stopped to walk for a mile or so.
Friday I swam 2000 yards...not too hard.
Saturday I biked 1:45 to end of leucadia and back. wet and soggy day, but only near the beach.
Sunday (today) i tried to run by had bad luck. Leg is quite sore on the tendon (left leg) that attached the hamstring to the back of the knee on the right/back side of my left leg.
