trail run - saturday

feels like the first workout in weeks, although I ran and biked last weekend. Last week was a Full Allen Week - days and nights. I did the run today slow at first, and picked it up, effort wise, on the return:

29:33 out, 29:37 back with a HR of 154 on the return. my peak HR was 169. But I felt good the whole time.
