5:30 seems like the right time to leave to get to the master's swim workout. Today it was raining and Debbie was not there...so we did this:
500 warmup
2 x 300 pull/paddles
5 x 200 IM/free/IM/free/IM
4 x 50 sprint
300 3s & 5s
100 cool down
2700 total
