Tuesday 11/13 - 1 hour EFX (Elliptical) trainer
Wednesday 11/14 - 1 hour swim in Las Vegas
Thursday 11/15 - 45 min swim
Friday 11/16 - nothing
Saturday 11/17 - 2:30 min run followed by 40 min easy run. This was done with Bernie and we went very slowly...
Sunday 11/18 - 1:30 min bike with frequent stops - end of the QMDC ride.
