5:45 - spin class (6 oz water) 1 hour class
6:45 - 5 mile run, 6 oz water

8:00 - granola w/yogurt
8:15 coffee w/creme (12 oz)
10:30 - more granola w/yogurt
10:30 - 12 oz water (over an hour)
12:30 - chicken sandwich on focattia bread, salad w/dressing, hummus and 2 pita bread, shrimp w/noodle, 6 oz water
17:00 - 12 oz diet dr. pepper
18:00 - 12 oz tomato juice
19:00 - 8 oz white wine (two glasses), chicken salad - dinner portion
