workout - 300 warm up, 4 x 150 kick/drill/swim, 200 reverse IM, 4 x (2x100 free, 100 IM, 50 kick)



0730 - 9:00: fruit bowl (kiwi, strawberry, mango), ham/cheese/egg on english muffin, grande latte, damage control vitamins

12:30 - peanut butter sandwich, 2 oz pinapple

1:00 - 1 hour swim lesson
