I'm heading into the weekend rather tired. Had some trouble sleeping last evening too. poor me.
6 am - overslept and got to masters at 6:10 and swam until 7 am. Did lots of IM mixed up with 100, 200 Free (pull;)
Lunch - 1 hour run - to the trail end and back.
