Carles and I did a 10 mile hilly trail run. I was REALLY sore, so I ran slow. I don't think my HR was ever over 130, but I was not running fast by any means. Carles had to keep waiting for me. After yesterday I don't want to risk a setback by injuring my Achilles, or my hamstring, or anything.
