July 2 - Thursday - 3 hours
7am: woke up tired and feeling heavy and slow. Weighed in at 179 lbs, which was not what I was expecting. Rod a 1:45 bike (reservoir loop) and quickly changed and did the trail in 55 minutes. I felt great when I was running.
July 1 - Wednesday - 1 hour
did a very easy swim at the PAC
June 30 - Tuesday - 3 hours
2 hour bike (reservoir loop) and a 1 hour run around Sage Canyon with/A. It was easy and cool and I felt good.
