2/3 is better than 1/2....

Acutal: 1 hour spinning, 8 mile run
calorie deficit: 300 cal

I was too busy (as of now) to do the extra 1.5 hours of spinning today...so I did the two workouts back to back:

5:45 am  - 1 hour spin, 545 cal, HR average -125, Peak 154
6:45 am - run 6.8 miles, 1:09 (10 min/mile): 835 cal, HR 132/164
total cal: 3400

I was trying to go really slow...but ran into Kathy K. on the run and she sped me up..

pre-spin: purefit bar (230)
post spin: smoothie - (250 cal)
breakfat: oatmeal (350 cal)
lunch: pastrami sandiwhich (400)
post cut: 1 glass white wine (150)
pre dinner: 1 glass white wine (150)
dinner: 1 glass red wine (150)
dinner: 12 oz steak: 700 cal, grilled chicken breast: 400 cal
cake (150 cal)

total - 3000 cal
