Actual: 2500 Y swim
I joined Bernie and a very packed PAC pool.  4-5 per lane with the masters, and even two the in dreaded edge lane I was in.  I did a 400 warm up, then swam 7 x 200 (pulling the last 4).  then 6 x150 with paddles.  Then a cool down. 
Finally felt recovered from the swim.
Today I ate (so far):
bowl of vegatable soup and almonds (500 C)
protein shake with bannas and strawberries (400 C)
oatmeal with walnuts and strawerries (500C)
