Total daily cal burned: 3000 + 1800 = 4800
After the padres game last evening, I woke up at 5 am, had some coffee and a purefit bar, and met Bernie and Julie and we rode north - starting at 6 am. We met up with David M. around Ponto, and then continued into Camp Pendleton finishing at Los Pulgas - than turned around and rode home. I left my watch on when we stopped a few times, but over all the stats were:
4:30, 3050 calories, average 128, max 172, average speed 15.5 mph.
Felt good most of the ride. Pushed if a few times. I was far too tired to do the run afterward and took a little nap, but otherwise feel good.

- pure fit bar: 220 calories
- 2 gels: 200 C
- 12 oz gatorade: 75 c
- lemonade/water: 100 c
- tuna sandwich with mayo on whole wheat toast: 2 x 100 + 100 + 50 = 350
