Schedule: 10 mile run
Actual: 10 mile run at a 9 min pace
Back from a week of virtual non-working-out, not enough sleep, work as well as play, and a week of miserable, dreary northern European weather (Check out this map for Aug 7-14). At least I was able to spend quality time with a great friend for a week, and that made it all worthwhile.
Today I did a 10 mile run at a 9 min pace. It was very easy, very enjoyable and I'm feeling very well rested. Will see what the rest of the week brings.
