Actual: 50 mile bike, 6 mile run
I did the 50 mile bike faster than the last few weeks, (but did it alone). Rode Elfin Forest in the Swamis direction(CW). So that I would not bonk during the run, I stopped in San Elijo Hills and ate a powerbar.
