Still not really recovered

Well, I  was supposed to run 4 x 1600 in 6 min.  instead, I did 1.5 x 1600 in 6:15.  It was a killer: sore tendon, sore right leg (right side, behind my knee - not too painful).  During the second interval it was clear I had nothing.  Just like the bike ride on Saturday.  No energy, no speed.   a single 6:15 mile wiped me out. Maybe one more week until I can run fast again.
