Ran the 56 trail run this morning. I did not know how I would feel after a weekend with only a bike ride, and I was secretly hoping that I'd feel light and quick. nope. felt heavy and slow. and I was 5 lb more than when we finished and I weighed myself 4 days ago (173 - 178). Oh well. My legs have that "packed full" feeling. the one bright spot was how easy it was to run up the hills today.
went out at around 8:40...cool/foggy. Ran on the pavement the whole way. Average HR was 138, peak near the end at 155.
