Welcome 2012

OK - fell off the training wagon after the marathon.  Indulged in the annual holiday carb-fest with reckless abandon and enjoyed every cookie and piece of peanut brittle. But the party is over and i've been doing the primal blueprint diet (very "atkins like") and trying to consume less than 20g of carbs a day.  I dare you to try this for a week.  It's nearly impossible, not because you crave carbs so much, but rather that virtually everything save a piece of raw meat and a glass of water has carbs.  But I digress...i'm back on the workout bandwagon to get ready for CA IM 70.3...
