first hourlong workout since January 5th

Best by injury - once again - I missed nearly two months.   Between sciatica nerve damage and atrial flutter - both serious conditions - I had to take the break.  Forced rest.  I've lost a lot of leg strength in my right upper thigh which can be highly disconcerting when you are jumping up flights of stairs, or trying to anyway.

1 hour on the EFX has me a bit tired out, but all in all not too bad.
