I was very tired running yesterday, and equally tired riding Saturday.

12/3 - 12/9 (ran 4 days): 38.5 miles, HR 123 BPM, Pace 10:23
11/26 - 12/2 (ran 3 days): 20.6 miles, HR 139 BPM, Pace 9:43
11/19 - 11/25 (ran 3 days): 21.5 miles, HR 133 BPM, Pace 10:26
11/12 - 11/18 (ran 4 days): 29.5 miles, HR 126 BPM, Pace 10:08
11/5 - 11/11 (ran 2 days): 15.5 miles, HR 140 BPM, Pace 9:59
10/29 - 11/4 (ran 2 days): 14.5 miles, HR 145 BPM, Pace 10:09
10/22 - 10/28 (ran 1 day): 5.6 miles, HR 137 BPM, Pace 10:40
10/15 - 10/21 (ran 1 day): 4.9 miles, HR 120 BPM, Pace 12:11
10/8 - 10/14 (ran 3 days): 9.3 miles, HR 117 BPM, pace 10:59
Prior to this, the last run was August 9th week when I ran twice for a total of 7.8 miles at 137 BPM at 9:17 pace
