Today's plan: 9 miles with 8 x 100 strides
Actual: 9.3 to drinking fountain
Course/Conditions: did the drinking fountain run. It was sunny/warm and getting hot. Ran around noon
How it felt: I was sore in the right hamstring for most of the run. At the beginning of the run I was slow/sluggish and sore. Everything felt a bit better by about 4 miles and after the turnaround. Lost 4.8 lbs of water during the run which may partially explain feeling better near the end.
