How it felt:
Was a little sore/stiff after the past few days in Washington DC running long runs in the high heat/humidity: 90 degrees, 80% humidity, 14 mile and 17 mile runs that left me soaked with sweat, but out of water. Today i pushed it a bit and my HR was up in the 160 range during the past mile as it was in the low 80s but felt hotter.
