- How it felt:
- not to stiff or sore in the am - ran around 9:30 or so and it was till despite the record west coast heat wave
- a hilly little route, not all the fun at current weight
- felt like I was running faster than 8:37/mile, but that was my real speed. Need to live in that world of harsh reality
- doing the "shake a day" plan with protein, bananas and strawberries
