Friday recovery day prior to Train Run day

Plan:  5 miles
Actual: 4 treadmile miles
Conditions:   
Morning weight/sleep: 7 solid hours.  Last night pigged out on a large plate of spaghetti after getting home at 9:30pm from the Verdi Requiem. 4+ oatmeal cookies too. 
Stretching today: Woke up with sore left tendon.  Trigger point helped this morning.

How it felt: easy
