The average HR of 123 says it all...

Plan:  7 miles
Actual: 6.2 Trail run
Conditions:   afternoon, cool, nice
Morning weight/sleep/nutrition: not enough sleep or food. Ran in the Hokka had to get out. 
Stretching today: at 6 am when I woke up
How it felt: super EZ...the 123 HR says it all. After yesterday I was only trying to recover
