Sunday bike day for recovery

Plan:  6 mile run
Actual: 30 mile bike
Conditions: excellent - great day
Morning weight/sleep/nutrition: 168.4/8.4 - plenty of food, but not enough sleep
Stretching today: TP in the morning, noon and night




How it felt: Rode with Kevin Winters today.  We had a good time as always and did our normal ride through Rancho Santa Fe.  We kept it easy most of the day , and we both had a little spill in a water trough  - no injuries though.
