Still creaky - but time to get moving again
Lazy days of late spring
I cannot complain about running this slowly (9:30 pace) to keep my HR below 127. On top of that I've managed to balloon up to 179 today. That's 8 lbs in 2 weeks. Not sure that's possible, but that's what the scale says.
Hamstring continues to be a pain
My left hamstring is still painful during the runs. I would not really be able to run much faster than this pace if I wanted to.
